The Pioneer Woman recently sat down with TODAY for an interview, and they asked her about the one food she couldn't live without. And, honestly, her answer makes us love her even more (if that's even possible).
"One thing I eat everyday would have to be cheese," Drummond told TODAY. "Cheese of any kind. I will take it any way I can get it. I love melted Swiss. I love cubes of white Cheddar. I love goat cheese, feta cheese on a salad. The list goes on. I never met a cheese I didn't like."
Drummond has shared lots of cheesy recipes on her blog—from Cheeseburger Totchos (read: Tater Tot nachos) to Crispy Grilled Cheese—and while they sound delicious, they're not exactly healthy. (Sorry, Ree!)
But, just like Drummond, we *love* anything with cheese, so we're sharing five of our best cheese recipes—so you can get your daily dose of the good stuff.
Baked Mac and Cheese
We kept all of the comfort in this meal, but added some cottage cheese, whole-wheat pasta and spinach for a healthier take. Don't worry, we kept the extra-sharp Cheddar and buttery breadcrumb topping.

Greek-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
The saying "feta is betta" exists for a reason, and these Mediterranean-inspired 'shrooms are proof. Serve these cheesy mushrooms alongside grilled fish, chicken or tofu for a super-satisfying main.

Bacon & Spinach Quiche with Hashbrown Crust
There's no better duo than cheese and potatoes, and this quiche features a triple-threat of hashbrowns, Parmesan and Cheddar. We feel like we'd making Ree proud with this breakfast recipe.

Caprese Zucchini Casserole
This lighter take on zucchini casserole opts for fresh mozzarella, fresh summer veg and basil for an Italian twist. To that we say, "mangia!"

Chili Cheese Nachos
Just like Ree, we love nachos! This recipe still features all of your favorite nacho toppings, but with fewer calories and less sodium than restaurant versions. If you want to Pioneer Woman-ify it, make this chili and pour it over some of these homemade Sweet Potato Totchos (just don't forget the cheese!)
